I was most disappointed on returning home to find the whole car covered in tree sap.That evening, i spent 2 hours washing and polishing the car. On contacting Sytner Sutton Coldfield, they agreed that the car had been parked under trees.

I was rather taken aback by the advertised margin added to my part exchange - with hindsight I should have attempted to sell the car myself. I do not object to the dealership making a profit but I thought this was unreasonable.

It took three hours to replace the tyre. It took 50 minutes to book me in and get the tyre size, they ordered the wrong tyre. I landed at 11 and was leaving at 2 o'clock.

One day, Nadia made me a superb Cappuccino when Martin had a customer turn up for a chat unexpectedly. The temperature was perfect. She even added the sugar, chocolate sprinkles, and stirred it before getting them out! Hob Nobs all around!

The cost of the work is always an issue for me. I had virtually the same service as a year earlier and the costs have increased significantly. It was a standard serve which only took just over an hour, but still cost circa a staggering £600
