Exciting news as the long awaited relocation of Sytner Sutton Coldfield to Tamworth is finally underway! A number of team members at Sytner Sutton Coldfield volunteered to brave the January weather to help get underway and transform the dormant land at the prestigious Ventura Retail Park in Tamworth into superb retail facilities for both the new BMW and MINI sites. The end - of - warranty check was a valuable and reassuring service. Two issues were dealt with satisfactorily. The technician who examined the faults I pointed out was informative and professional. All staff were courteous and friendly.
No fault of the garage, but the key read revealed that the "service" only needed to be a visual inspection. So my plans for a day in Birmingham turned into a short wait at the garage. It would have been better to have known that up front.
My service was completed on time
Everything was well done, but it was not explained to me why the service computer had not been reset. Also I was surprised that the engine oil was not changed.
Didn't wash the car this time as they took a bit too long to change the lightbulb in headlight
I arrived on-time at 09.15. Having been told the job (winter-tyre swapover) would take about 1 hour I'd decided to wait at the garage rather than return to my office. I finally left at 12.25pm, over 3 hours after arrival, which was very inconvenient.

Dealer tried charging me £550 for what was advertised on the BMW website as £350. After a debate that I shouldn't have had to have I was charged £346 and made to feel like this was a favour...why?

The receptionist was excellent, the car service indicator had not been reset.messing about getting the indicator rest.

I called in for a winter tyre fitting. I was advised it would be done while I waited and suggested 30 minutes. In the end it was nearly 2 hours.
The only negative is that the front brake sensor was reset without it being on the Service Sheet and I wasn't informed when collecting the vehicle. Service Center said brake pads were as good as new (have done 32kmiles) and reset giving 32kmiles more

the car was order in August and we didn't get a delivery for over 3 months this was not acceptable
